Project Description
This three-acre property in Bridal Trails, WA is a 5 bedroom, 6.25 bathroom brick mansion that was uniquely built from ground up. The property included five saunas, an indoor Olympic-size swimming pool, and a 2,000 sq. ft. outside/inside custom kitchen installed within a 17,500 sq. ft. villa. Extensive cost reduction was achieved by sourcing much of the custom and building materials overseas.
