Project Description
A 140,000 sq. ft. extensive exterior remodel of Quilnalt Beach Resort & Casino in Ocean Shores, WA was conducted in seven stages. The $2.5 million project included custom products for the ocean front such as salt-water engineered materials. Custom native art work was created based on the design drawings of the local native artist and installed as part of EIFS STUCCO system around the perimeter of the building.
