Market Court Condominiums, located by Market Place in Seattle, WA and overlooking Puget Sound, utilized PSCG for a 49,000 sq. ft. exterior remodel. Since the project was located on the busy street with many pedestrians, safety was a top priority during application of the cement board CBS1000 STUCCO system.

The recently-opened BELMAR store in Bellevue, WA was converted from carwash into an upscale retail space. PSCG coordinated the interior and exterior remodel including installation of an elaborate security system. At the cost of $600,000, this location is the first of four that PSCG will be constructing in the near future.

Global Trading Resource Corp. utilized PSCG to take the 18,000 sq. ft. building shell and convert it to an upscale office space. This extensive project included new commercial-grade STUCCO system on the exterior and exotic custom woodwork and stone work on the interior.

Candlewood Suites in Olympia, WA, owned by the same owner of Holiday Inn, utilized PSCG to complete a new exterior Cladding System (STUCCO). Since this project was also being conducted during the winter months, a similar weather-protection system was installed to protect the workers and job site from the elements.

PSCG, utilized as a general contractor, took on the extensive exterior upgrade of Holiday Inn in Sumner, WA. Since the hotel was in operation during the installation of the NICHIHA stone overlay system, it took the close cooperation of the staff and building crew to minimize the effect of the construction work on the customers.
